Most of our products are proprietary and have been developed in-house.

Our offering to our customers does not only consist of the analytical instrument and software. We also offer the consumables needed to utilize the instrument. And moreover, we offer services in the form of pre-studies, education, technical and application support, which are often requested by our customers.

Today, we are a leading provider of analytical instruments for the nanoscale study of interfaces and molecular interaction on surfaces. The core application area for our products is nanotechnology, applied to bioscience and materials R&D. Our products are primarily used for research and development purposes, but also have applications in quality control and diagnostics.
