Biolin Scientific has only two share options programmes for employees. Both share option programmes mature during 2009. Neither of the programmes is expected to lead to any dilution of ownership for the shareholders, nor to incur any cost for the Group. Biolin Scientific has also issued a convertible loan, leading to a maximum potential dilution of 1.25 million shares, maturing in 2011.
