Year 2009 in Summary

- Net sales increased 25 % to SKr 136.7 (109.0) million

- Gross margin was stable at 77 %

- EBITDA improved with SKr 13.5 million to SKr 16.9 (3.4) million

- Stable market conditions during the year

- Sales growth in all major geographical markets

- Sales of Q-Sense products increased 42 %

- Introduction of new product brand Attension

- Osstell sales increased 40 % following the introduction of new product version Osstell ISQ

- Production activities concentrated to Helsinki, Finland

- Consolidation the international sales organization

- Sales offices for Scientific Instruments established in the UK and in China

- Osstell established sales organization in the US

- Name change to Biolin Scientific decided on the Annual General Meeting in May, 2009

- Rights issue worth SKr 24 million in December, 2009 was 89 % over-subscribed

- Stable outlooks for 2010
