The first ever giga-seal based high throughput screening of almost 200,000 compounds have been published using Qube automated patch clamp system.

The first ever giga-seal based high throughput screening of almost 200,000 compounds have been published. Chris Chambers et al. from Juha Kammonens group at Pfizer, UK publishes their screening campaign directed at Nav1.7. Using Qube automated patch clamp system, they successfully used geniune electrophysiology with giga seal quality and at high volume. Please enjoy the work titled High-Throughput Screening of NaV1. 7 Modulators Using a Giga-Seal Automated Patch Clamp Instrument here.
