Notice to Annual General Meeting 2010 in Biolin Scientific

Notice to the General Annual Meeting 2010 in Biolin Scientific AB (publ) has been published on March 26, 2010. The notice is available on Biolin Scientific’s web site, www.biolinscientific.com.

The shareholders in Biolin Scientific AB (publ) are summoned to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26, 2010 at 17.00 hours. The AGM will be held in Biolin Scientific’s premises at Hängpilsgatan 7, Västra Frölunda. Doors are opened at 16.30 hours. The AGM will be held in the Swedish language.

To be entitled to participate in the AGM, shareholders must be recorded as shareholders in the share register held by Euroclear Sweden AB on April 20, 2010, and further, must notify Biolin Scientific of their intention to participate no later than April 20, 2010, at 12.00 hours. Shareholders whose shares are registered under the name of a nominee must temporarily register their shares under their own names with Euroclear Sweden AB to be able to participate in the AGM. Such registration must be in effect no later than on April 20, 2010. This means that shareholders must notify their nominees well in advance of that date.

Notification can be made in writing to Biolin Scientific AB, Hängpilsgatan 7, 426 77 Västra Frölunda, to info@biolinscientific.com or per fax to +46 31-698380. When notifying, shareholders should state name, adress, personal/corporate identity number, number of shares and telephone number. If a shareholder intends to be represented by a representative, proof of due authorization should be enclosed with the notification to participate. Original documents containing proof of due authorization should also be presented at the AGM.
