二氮杂萘酮结构对医用聚芳醚酮表面蛋白吸附性能的影响.

By solution polycondensation, three different structures of poly(aryl ether ketone) materials including poly (phthalazinone ether ketone) (PPEK) with phthalazinone, poly(aryl ether ketone) containing naphthalene (Nap-PAEK), poly(aryl ether ketone) containing phthalazinone and naphthalene structure (Nap- PPEK55) were synthesized, their structures and elemental composition of the synthesized polymers were proved by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, elemental analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results of atomic force microscope (AFM) and contact angle test show that the surface roughness and wettability of the three materials are basically the same. The mechanical properties show that the three materials have suitable modulus similar to bone. The amount of dynamic and static protein adsorption of materials were tested by dissipative quartz crystal microbalance (QCM-D) and BCA method, compared with Nap-PAEK and Nap-PPEK55, the quality of protein adsorbed by PPEK with more phthalazinone structure is significantly improved. MC3T3- E1 osteoblasts were used to evaluate the biocompatibility of three kinds of PAEK. The results show that the three materials have good cell compatibility.
